Real estate services in Cameroon, carried end to end by one company
Frisom Real Estate and Ventures Limited sells and rents property, registers land, draws the plans, tests the soil, puts up the building and manages it once people move in. Every one of our real estate services in Cameroon runs from the same office in Kumba.

View serviceWho these services are built for
Three groups of people use our real estate services in Cameroon, and each one needs something slightly different from the same work. Knowing which one you are tells us where to start, and it usually decides which of our real estate services in Cameroon you will need first.
Buyers in the diaspora
You are sending money home for a plot or a house and you cannot stand in the land registry yourself. We become the people on the ground. Video walkthroughs, documents shared as they are produced, and payments that only ever pass through official company channels rather than an agent's own account.
Families buying at home
You are probably buying once, with everything you have managed to save, and the one thing you cannot afford is a seller who does not own what he is selling. The checks that sit behind our real estate services in Cameroon exist mainly for you, which is why we run them before anyone is asked for a deposit.
Developers and businesses
You need soil results, drawings that will pass approval, a build schedule that holds and a supplier who answers the phone in week six. We quote the whole chain instead of the piece in front of us, which is why developers tend to keep our real estate services in Cameroon on a single contract.
How an engagement runs
The same four stages whether you are registering one plot or building a block of flats. This is how our real estate services in Cameroon are delivered from the first message to the last signature, and it does not change because a job is small.
-
1
Tell us the job
What you own or want to own, what you need done and by when. A message on WhatsApp is enough to open a file.
-
2
We scope and quote
We check what the work actually involves, then put the government fees and our own fee in writing before you commit.
-
3
The work is carried out
One person in our office owns your file and reports progress. You are never left guessing what stage it has reached.
-
4
Handover and records
You receive the certificate, the keys, the drawings or the statement, along with copies of everything lodged on your behalf.
Where our real estate services in Cameroon differ from a broker
A broker earns on the sale and moves on. That is fine until the plot turns out to be unregistrable, the soil cannot carry the design, or the tenant stops paying in a year when you are three thousand kilometres away.
Frisom Real Estate and Ventures Limited is registered under RC.KBA.2025B.058 and works from Common Wealth Avenue in Kumba, opposite Afriland First Bank. Because the surveying, the registration, the building and the management sit in the same company, our real estate services in Cameroon do not stop at the point of sale.
It also means the answer you get is the same answer at every stage. Nobody blames the other office, because there is no other office.
None of this is complicated. It simply means that when you ask for real estate services in Cameroon you are buying the finished outcome, a registered title or a building that stands, rather than a set of introductions to other people who might deliver it.
There is a practical side to this as well. When the survey, the drawings and the build sit with one team, a problem found on the ground reaches the person drawing the plan the same week rather than the following season. Clients who have used our real estate services in Cameroon on a second project usually say that is the part they came back for.
- One file and one contact person from the first visit to the handover
- Ownership traced and the registry checked before any payment is made
- Fees quoted in FCFA and split between government charges and our own
- Work carried out across Kumba, Buea, Limbe, Douala and Yaounde
- Written agreements on every tenancy, build and supply arrangement
- Progress reported to owners living outside the country
Questions about working with us
What people ask before they hand over a plot, a building or a project.
Can I use one service without taking the others?
Yes. Most clients start with a single job, usually a purchase or a land certificate, and come back later for the rest. Nothing is bundled and you are never charged for a service you did not ask for, because each of our real estate services in Cameroon is quoted and delivered on its own.
How are your fees calculated?
It depends on the service. Sales carry a commission agreed in writing at the start. Registration, plans and construction are quoted per job after we have seen what is involved. Across all our real estate services in Cameroon the government charges are listed separately from what we keep.
Do you work outside Kumba?
We do. Kumba is the head office, and we carry work across the South West, the Littoral and the Centre, which in practice means Buea, Limbe, Douala and Yaounde alongside the towns around Meme Division. Our real estate services in Cameroon travel with the job rather than stopping at the regional border.
I live abroad. Can you act on my behalf?
Yes, and a large share of our clients do exactly that. You can appoint someone locally or give us a power of attorney for the specific task. We send video walkthroughs, share documents as they are produced, and payments go only through official company channels.
How long does a land certificate take?
Months rather than weeks, and it depends on the size of the plot, where it sits and whether the land has ever been registered before. We tell you the realistic timeline when we scope the file rather than the one you would prefer to hear.
Can you build on land I already own?
We can, once we have confirmed the title is clean and tested the soil. If either of those comes back badly we will tell you before a single block is ordered, which is one of the reasons our real estate services in Cameroon are arranged in that order.
Do you take on small jobs, or only large ones?
Small jobs are most of the work. A single site plan, one tenancy agreement, a soil test on a plot somebody already owns. Our real estate services in Cameroon are priced per job, so a small file is simply a small quote rather than something we turn away.
What happens if you find a problem with a property?
We tell you and we stop. If the ownership chain breaks, if the plot cannot be registered or if a charge is sitting against it, that is the end of the matter as far as we are concerned. The listing comes down and we look for something else. Walking away from a bad file is cheaper for everyone than finishing it.
Where is your office and when are you open?
Common Wealth Avenue, Kumba, opposite Afriland First Bank. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Outside those hours a message on WhatsApp will be waiting for us when the office opens. You can also reach us on +237 672 101 056 or at info@frisomrealestateltd.com for anything to do with our real estate services in Cameroon.
